Search by Personal, Language and Camp options

Age and Gender
Camps in the North-South program are removed from search results if you will be less than 20 at the beginning of the camp. Most international camps are removed from search results if you will be less than 18 at the beginning of the camp.
Spoken Language: Camps in which fluency in a specific language is required for the work of the camp. Camps in which there is an opportunity to converse in a specific language.
Options:
Camps that accept volunteers with children. See the camp description for minimum age. Please discuss details with your Placement Officer.
Workcamps where at least 50% of volunteers are over 30 years old.
Workcamps where wheelchair access is possible.
The normal minimum age for volunteers to go abroad is 18. A small number of camps accept International volunteers aged 16-18.
Show only camps in urgent need of volunteers.
Show only camps published recently.

COVID-19

We are continuously working hard to make sure that our workcamps are safe for everyone involved and to offer online activities. When you apply to our projects, please make sure that your travel is compatible with the most recent travel and health measures taken by your country and the country of destination, as restrictions may apply (e.g. ban, quarantine, isolation).

Workcamps will be confirmed four weeks before their starting date. We ask volunteers who have been accepted to a project to wait to buy any travel tickets until the workcamp is confirmed or to buy a personal travel insurance which covers cancellation.
