A Social Living Model (Cologne)
Description: The "Sozialistische Selbsthilfe Mülheim" (Socialist Self-Help Mülheim) has its home on the Rhine in the working-class district of Cologne. Twenty people have built up a project here that has become known far beyond Cologne. Everyone can join in here: homeless and unemployed people, people with criminal pasts, families with children, people who can't find their way in the existing order or don't want to spend their daily lives between the office and the television.
