PURUJOSA: House building in a small village
Description: Welcome to the Purujosa workcamp! We are looking forward to seeing you here and we hope that we will have a fruitful and great time together. The success of this workcamp depends on all of us – this is something we are going to do together. We expect you to come with a lot of energy and initiative – to work, to get to know new people, to get new experiences, to have fun, and to take responsibility for the camp.
Type of Work: Serious work but also free time for activities within the group. The camp will be coordinated by a volunteer like you, only more experienced and specifically trained, who is not in charge of organising all the activities and free time for the group. http://www.spain.info/en/que-quieres/naturaleza/espacios-naturales/parque_natural_del_moncayo.html The volunteers will also be able to do excursions and cultural visits of the historical surroundings of the village, and do several activities as yoga, ceramics, going to the swimming pool in a nearby village, sports, etc.
Accommodation: Volunteers will stay in a house in the same village. There will be a living room, mattresses, a complete bathroom and a full-equipped kitchen. The volunteers should bring sleeping bags and they will cook for themselves. Vegetarians are welcome!
What to bring Sleeping bag, boots and working clothes (long sleeves are really important for working), towel, raincoat or waterproof jacket, jumper, sunglasses and hat protector, sun lotion, walking shoes... ...and don’t forget your best smile! ☺
Language: Spanish
Requirements: A negative Covid-19 test (PCR or antigen 72h) or a vaccination certificate is mandatory for participation in the workcamp.
