Description: Hansada yoga ashram is located 25 km southeast from the capital kathmandu. The ashram provides natural and calm environment where you will be practical meditation and yoga in quiet and peaceful environment . The project was initiated six years ago with the motivation to separate oneself from the hectic and busy life of 21st century.

Type of Work: Volunteer ‘s will be teaching in school , practicing Yoga and Perform Meditation.

Study Theme: To know about the art of meditation and to know the how Yoga can help you to elevate you life style .Engage your self in Hindu festival of MAHA SHIVARATRI .

Accommodation: The Yoga Ashram( institute) has agreed to provide its house for accommodation It will be be very simple accommodation with a nice clean room with an attached bath and non attached bath.Please bring your own sleeping bag.
