Collaborative workshops with rural communities in Eastern Poland
Description: Join us in the charming village of Przetycz Włościańska, located 80 km from Warsaw in eastern Poland, and experience an unforgettable time at our workcamp. The project is organized in partnership with the Association of Traditionally Modern for the Countryside, in collaboration with local leaders and groups. Together, we create an educational space full of warmth and engagement, where communities come together through inspiring workshops and shared activities.
Type of Work: As a volunteer, you are going to work in cooperation with the community center of the village. There, you’ll help run enriching workshops and fun activities for local children. Activities will range from sports and creative workshops to interactive learning experiences, making every day rewarding and full of energy.
Study Theme: rural lifestyle, community building
Accommodation: Your home for the duration of the workcamp will be located in the village Przetycz Włościańska, offering a cozy and community-oriented atmosphere. Volunteers will sleep in shared rooms, with mattresses provided. Please remember to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow for added comfort. Food will be provided by the hosting organization.

Notes: Due to Polish regulations, each participant is required to provide a certificate of criminal record. SCI Poland will not reimburse any costs associated with obtaining such a document.
Please remember that the insurance from SCI is not valid during your trip to and from the workcamp and it covers ONLY the duration of the camp Volunteers from EU must bring their European Health Insurance Card.
